The Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill on Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding the Improvement of the Land Management in the Territory of the Autonomous Republic of the Crimea in the Second Reading and in its Entirety

The bill (Reg.
No.7035)
amends the Land
Code and the Law "On Land
Administration" to authorize the bodies of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea to
set and
change the purpose
of lands; adopt the resolutions
on
the privatization of
land plots by the
citizens, lease the land plots for a permanent use, lease the land plots; sell the land plots in state ownership, delineate the lands in
state and municipal ownership, ratify the resolutions of
the district state administrations and village, township and city councils on
administration of lands of forestry, recreation, nature preservation and nature
protection reserve in the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
Adjusting the bill to the second reading,
the People´s Deputies received 38 amendments, most of which were taken into
account.
